Triathlon Specific Spin Class

These spin classes are led by our coach Shahin Hadian, owner of Fleet Feet Sports in Turkey Creek. Shahin has been coaching clubs for the past fifteen years and will have a solution to any of your problems.

Come on out and get on the bike. Some workouts are followed my a voluntary run. This is called a "brick" workout. Just in case you are not familiar with "bricks" they intent is to familiarize the triathlete with the different muscles used in the transition from Bike to Run. Many triathletes legs feel like jelly when you try to run after cycling. The more you practice strengthening these muscles and becoming farmiliar with the feeling, the faster your race transition will be.
